Shoreline Strategy Group was founded in the summer of 2026 by Tyrus Roney and Alex Triantafillou — two college freshmen who spent their summers working in Dagsboro, Delaware and kept noticing the same thing: the small businesses around them were run by hardworking, dedicated people who simply didn't have access to the kind of strategic support that larger companies take for granted.

Between the two of us, we brought complementary skills — business strategy and financial analysis — and a genuine connection to this community. We decided to put both to use.

We're not a traditional consulting firm. We don't charge fees, we don't have a corner office, and we're not pretending to have decades of experience. What we do have is rigorous academic training, fresh outside perspective, real analytical tools, and the time and motivation to apply them fully to your business.

Every engagement we take on gets our full attention — from a structured discovery conversation to a written deliverable you can actually act on. We keep our client list small on purpose, because quality matters more to us than volume.
